If you would like to support a youth exhibitor without receiving the meat, you may choose to donate your purchase back to the Junior Livestock Committee. The committee retains possession of the animal and arranges for its processing and resale at current market price. This option allows you to support local youth without taking ownership of the animal and is a popular choice for businesses, organizations, and individuals.
