The 2020 Junior Livestock Auction will be held Online
SUPPORT LOCAL 4-H YOUTH
Don’t miss this opportunity to stock up on top quality, locally raised beef, pork, lamb, goat, rabbit, and poultry.
Plus, your participation in the auction will provide untold opportunities to Eagle County’s hardest working kids. In fact, 97% of the proceeds from your purchase go directly to the child who raised your animal! Learn more about the online auction experience here.
Fill your freezer by purchasing an animal on your own or split it with a friend. How much meat will you get out of a 1,200 lb market steer? Get the breakdown here.
Donate your animal to a worthy cause, such as The Community Market. Ask your accountant about tax deduction possibilities!
Buy Back. Buyers may consign their purchase(s) back to the JLSC. Your purpose of buying at the auction is solely for support and promotion. Buyers do not retain possession of the animal with this option.
Following completion of the sale, all buyers will receive a personal thank you letter and a framed 8” x 10” color photo of the 4-H member they supported and the animal they purchased.
Buyers will be recognized in the next year’s Junior Livestock Auction flyer, in the Vail Daily, and on the Eagle County website.
